The Directors of Balance Recruitment are like-minded individuals who share the same drive and determination. Together they have over 30 years experience in the Recruitment Industry, both in the UK & Australia.

Richard Hooper
Director

Richard is a Member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and has over 10 years recruitment experience. He is one of the leading consultants in the Legal Accounts sector in London, and plays an active role within this niche sector, contributing blogs and columns to online & print publications and regularly attends industry networking events. He has successfully worked on numerous campaigns for the majority of the leading UK and US Law Firms in London, gaining and retaining first-tier supplier status on a wide variety of PSL's. Tony Vickers
Director

Tony heads up the Industry & Commerce teams at Balance and has over 10 years experience across sectors. He specialises in the ‘consumer markets’ across Retail, Media and FMCG and oversees the Technology and Business services divisions. Tony maintains strong relationships with some of the most recognisable global brands and is recognised as a highly proactive and well connected recruiter, with a solid understanding of his clients’ business requirements and his candidate’s career aspirations. Tony was a Finalist for Best Permanent Consultant 2011 at the Recruitment Consultant Industry awards and regularly holds networking and round table discussions across industries for new and existing contacts.

Kath Reynolds
Director

Kath has 20 years accounting experience, starting with a Chartered background before moving in to commerce where she gained an extensive array of skills and knowledge. Kath has headed the finance function of varying sized recruitment consultancies and therefore understands the key factors in developing and growing a successful recruitment business. She is ultimately responsible for all the non-sales functions of Balance Recruitment and heads up the support function in our Hertford office.
