Divisional Finance Director

Supporting the Divisional Managing Director of this £20 million turnover Business Unit, the Finance Director will support and challenge the business whilst managing Financial Control and Reporting. This involves the Financial Planning and Analysis for the business unit including accurate reporting of monthly management accounts, forecasts and budgets together with appropriate statistical and cost analysis.

This role will manage and develop a team of qualified and part qualified accountants and will comply with the wider group function in line with IFRS reporting and Information Technology requirements.

Experience required:
You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with between 5-8 years relevant post qualification experience in an SME or a division of a blue chip. The ability to manage and lead a team and drive growth is essential as is the ability to provide the ‘interface’ between departments in the business unit and the wider group.
