Balance appoint new non-exec Director

Balance Recruitment is proud to announce the appointment of a non-executive Director, Alison Humphries.

Alison has over 25 years recruitment experience and has worked as a director of several market leaders. She has extensive first hand recruitment expertise and establishing her own consultancy organisation in 2002, Alison has earned a reputation as a conference speaker, executive coach and industry commentator, as well as designing and delivering bespoke training courses. In addition to practical knowledge, she is an Oxford University graduate, a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals/REC, a member of the CIPD and holds a postgraduate diploma in training and development.

Alison is also the REC’s Chief Examiner for the Diploma in Recruitment Practice.
